How to get access?

To get started, simply sign up for an account here.

Just create your account - no need to wait for manual approval. You’ll be able to access the platform right after registration.

Upon registration, you will receive 6 Graph Capacity Units (GCU) for free, valid for 7 days. You can view the expiration date of your trial and your Remaining GCU balance in the Account section under the Subscription tab. After the trial period ends, you must purchase additional GCUs to continue using your graph models.

If you purchase GCUs before your trial period ends, any unused free GCUs will be preserved and added to your paid balance.

How to check and buy GCU?

• Go to the Account section in the Smabbler Portal.

• Under the Buy GCU tab, you can purchase additional GCUs.

Currently, payment is only available via credit card.

• In the Subscription tab, you’ll see your Remaining GCU balance and expiration date (if the GCUs are from free trial).

GCU Usage Basics

• 1 GCU = 10 minutes of one active model.

• 1 GCU = 5 minutes of two models running simultaneously.

If your balance reaches zero, your subscription will become inactive until you purchase more GCUs.

How to change password?

Password change can be performed in the authentication view. If you are logged in, please first log out and follow these steps:

• Click on the Log in button.

• Next, click on the Forgot your password? button.

• Enter your email address and click on the Reset my password button.

• You should receive an email with a reset code within 5 minutes.

• Enter the code from the email into the Code field, provide your new password and click on the Change Password button.

• Now, you can log in with your new password by clicking Sign in.
